Shipping Policy once you place your order it will normally be shipped the next business day or up to 3 business days in case of high order volume, holidays etc.. after the order is shipped it will normally be at your door step within 7-12 business days depending on the address. if you don't receive your order within 20 business days from the time of placing the order you will be entitled for a full refund in case you don't want to wait any longer and you can claim your refund by emailing us at info@kagewear.de shipping is free world wide.
